On October 23, Deborah Amos, NPR International Correspondent, and Professor Noah Feldman, Harvard Law School, discussed the evolution and future of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS). The discussion was moderated by ILSP Co-Director Kristen Stilt.
